How do I use console in DigitalOcean?

Console is a command-line interface for managing DigitalOcean Droplets. It provides a way to view Droplet information, manage Droplets, and perform other administrative tasks.

To access the console, log in to your account and open the terminal (located in the Applications menu). To get started, type the following command:

console

This command will open the console window. In the console window, you can access the following commands:

droplet: This command will show information about a specific Droplet. droplet list: This command will show a list of all active Droplets. droplet info: This command will show information about a specific Droplet, such as its IP address, name, and version. droplet delete: This command will delete a specific Droplet.

droplet reboot: This command will reboot a specific Droplet. droplet resize: This command will resize a specific Droplet.

To exit the console, press Ctrl-D (or choose quit from the menu options).

To use the console, you first need to know the Droplet’s IP address. To find the Droplet’s IP address, use the droplet list command. For example, the following command will show the IP address of the current Droplet:

The output of this command will look like the following:

IPAddress: 192.168.

1.40.

To connect to the Droplet using the console, use the droplet connect command. For example, the following command will connect to the Droplet with the IP address of 192.

168.1.40:.

droplet connect 192.

The console window will open and you will be able to use the droplet commands.
