WooCommerce is a popular eCommerce plugin for WordPress. If you’re using WooCommerce to run your online store, you’ll need to know how to set up shipping and taxes. In this article, we’ll show you how to do both.

When it comes to setting up shipping for your WooCommerce store, there are a few different options. You can use flat rate shipping, which means that you charge a fixed shipping rate for all orders.

You can also use per-item shipping, which means that you charge a different shipping rate for each item in an order. And finally, you can use weight-based shipping, which means that you charge a different shipping rate based on the weight of the items in an order.

To set up flat rate shipping, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. Then, select the Flat Rate option from the list of Shipping Methods. You’ll then be able to enter your flat rate shipping charges.

To set up per-item shipping, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. Then, select the Per Item option from the list of Shipping Methods. You’ll then be able to enter your per-item shipping charges.

To set up weight-based shipping, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. Then, select the Weight Based option from the list of Shipping Methods. You’ll then be able to enter your weight-based shipping charges.

Now that you know how to set up shipping for your WooCommerce store, let’s take a look at how to set up taxes.

In WooCommerce, there are two different types of taxes: product taxes and order taxes. Product taxes are applied to individual products, while order taxes are applied to the total amount of an order.

To set up product taxes, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes. Then, select the Enable Taxes and Tax Calculations checkbox. Next, select the Product Taxes tab and configure your product tax settings.

To set up order taxes, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes. Next, select the Order Taxes tab and configure your order tax settings.

PRO TIP: If you are unsure about how to use shipping and taxes in WooCommerce, it is best to consult with a professional. Shipping and taxes can be complex, and it is important to make sure that you are using them correctly in order to avoid any problems.
