How Do I Use the White Balance Tool in Photoshop?

Last updated on September 23, 2022 @ 11:59 pm

When it comes to digital photography, one of the most important aspects is getting the white balance right. This is where the white balance tool in Photoshop comes in handy. Here is a quick guide on how to use this tool to get the perfect white balance for your photos:

First, open up the image that you want to edit in Photoshop. Then, go to the “Adjustments” tab and click on “White Balance.” A new window will pop up.

PRO TIP: The White Balance Tool in Photoshop can be used to correct the color balance of an image. However, if used incorrectly, it can result in an image that looks unnatural or “off.” When using this tool, be sure to use a reference image to help ensure that the colors in your image are accurate.

In this window, you will see a slider with different color temperatures on it. The goal is to move the slider until the image looks neutral, meaning that there is no color cast. To do this, you can either eyeball it or use the ” eyedropper” tool.

Once you have the slider in the correct position, click “OK” and your image will now have the correct white balance!
