If you’re not satisfied with a purchase from Squarespace, you can request a refund within 30 days of the transaction.

In order to request a refund, log into your Squarespace account and click on the Billing tab. Next to the charge you would like to be refunded, click “Request a Refund.” It’s important to note that if you paid for your site using a credit or debit card, the full purchase price will be refunded back onto that card.

PRO TIP: If you are considering using Squarespace to process refunds, be aware that there are some important limitations to how they work. First, Squarespace can only issue refunds for payments processed through their system – if you have used a third-party payment processor, you will need to contact them directly to process the refund. Second, Squarespace does not issue refunds automatically – you will need to initiate the refund request from your account dashboard, and then they will review the request and issue the refund if approved. Finally, be aware that Squarespace may charge a processing fee for refunds, so you may not receive the full amount of the original payment.
