Mockups are a critical part of the design process, allowing designers to communicate their ideas to clients and stakeholders. Figma is a great tool for creating mockups, as it offers a range of features and plugins to make the process easy and efficient. In this article, we’ll show you how to add mockups to Figma.

There are two main ways to add mockups to Figma: by importing an image file, or by using a Figma plugin.

To import an image file:

    1. Open the file in Figma.
    2. Go to File > Import > Images..
    3. Select the image file you want to import and click Open. 4. The image will be added to your project as a new layer.

To use a Figma plugin:

    1. Go to the Plugins page on the Figma website.
    2. Search for “mockup” in the search bar.
    3. Install the plugin you want to use ( we recommend Mockup World or Mockuplove).
    4. Open the plugin and follow the instructions on how to use it.
    5. Add your mockups to your project and adjust the settings as required.

No matter which method you choose, adding mockups to Figma is quick and easy! Plus, with Figma’s collaboration features, you can easily share your mockups with teammates and clients for feedback and approval.

PRO TIP: Warning: Adding mockups on Figma can be tricky and may result in unexpected behavior. Make sure to test your designs thoroughly before sharing them with others.
