How Do You Add Narration to Canva Presentation?

Last updated on December 9, 2022 @ 3:11 am

Adding narration to a Canva presentation is easy! Just click the “voiceover” icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select the “record” option. You can record your narration directly into Canva, or upload an existing audio file.

Once you’ve recorded or uploaded your narration, you can preview it by clicking the “play” button. If you’re happy with your recording, click the “save” button to add it to your presentation.

You can also style your text using the < p >, < b >, and < u > tags. The < p > tag is used for regular paragraphs, while the < b > tag is used for bold text. The < u > tag is used for underlined text.

To use one of these tags, simply type it into the Canva editor. For example, to create a paragraph, you would type “< p >This is a paragraph.< /p >“.

To create bold text, you would type “< b >This is bold text.< /b >“. And to create underlined text, you would type “< u >This is underlined text.< /u >“.

Conclusion: Adding narration to a Canva presentation is easy! Just click on the “voiceover” icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and select either “record” or “upload.”

Once you’re happy with your recording, click on “save” to add it to your presentation. You can also style your text by using HTML tags such as < p >, < b >, and < u >.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to add narration to your Canva presentation, be aware that there are potential risks involved. Specifically, if you do not have the proper permissions from the copyright holder of the content you’re using, you could be opening yourself up to legal action. Additionally, if you’re not careful about how you add the narration to your presentation, it could end up sounding unprofessional or even offensive.
