How Do You Add Noise in Figma?

Last updated on September 29, 2022 @ 12:19 am

There are many ways to add noise in Figma. One way is to use the noise filter.

To do this, first select the layer you want to add noise to. Then, go to the Filter menu and choose Noise. Adjust the amount and type of noise until you’re happy with the results.

Another way to add noise is to use a solid color fill layer set to Overlay or Multiply blend mode. Select the color you want to use for your noise, then create a new fill layer and set its blend mode to Overlay or Multiply. Adjust the opacity of the layer until you’re happy with the results.

PRO TIP: If you’re not careful, adding noise in Figma can make your work look messy and unprofessional. Be sure to use noise sparingly, and only in areas where it will enhance your design.

Finally, you can also add noise by creating a new raster image in Figma and adding it to your project. To do this, go to the File menu and choose New Raster Image.

Choose an image file from your computer and click Open. Then, adjust the size and position of the image as desired.

No matter which method you choose, adding noise in Figma is a quick and easy way to add interest and texture to your designs.
