Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 3:39 pm

Red eye is a common problem when taking photographs, especially in low light. It occurs when the flash reflects off the blood vessels in the back of the eye, causing them to appear red.

PRO TIP: If you are not careful, adding red eye in Photoshop can ruin your image. Be sure to use a soft brush and not to overdo it, or your photo will look unnatural.

There are a few ways to fix red eye in Photoshop. One is to use the Red Eye Tool.

To do this, simply click on the red eye in the image with the tool and Photoshop will automatically correct it.

Another way to fix red eye is to use the clone stamp tool. This tool allows you to clone or copy pixels from one area of an image to another. To use it, simply select the area around the red eye that you want to copy and then click and drag it over the red eye. Photoshop will automatically blend the copied pixels with the surrounding area.

There are a few other methods for fixing red eye in Photoshop, but these are two of the most common and easiest to use. With a little practice, you’ll be able to quickly and easily fix red eye in your photos.
