Cancelling UpWork is a simple process.
1. Log into your account.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Under “My Account”, click on the “Cancel Subscription” link.
4. On the next page, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, and subscription date.
5. Click on the “Cancel My Subscription” button to finalize your cancellation.
1. Make sure that all of your contracts have been completed and that there are no outstanding payments owed to either you or your clients.
2. If you have any open disputes, please resolve them before cancelling your account.
3. Contact Upwork support and let them know that you would like to cancel your account. They will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
4. Once your account has been successfully cancelled, please be aware that you will no longer have access to any of your data or files stored on Upwork’s servers. We recommend that you download and save any files or information that you may need before cancellation.
