When working on a Figma project, it is often helpful to have a way to easily move content around the interface. One way to achieve this is to use the carousel feature.

To use the carousel, first select the element you want to use it with. Next, click the carousel icon in the toolbar ( ).

This will open the carousel editor.

To add an item to the carousel, click the “+” button in the top-left corner of the editor. This will open the Add Item dialog.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Figma, we recommend that you do not attempt to carousel. Carousels can be difficult to use and may result in lost work or unexpected changes to your design.

In this dialog, you can enter the title of the item, as well as a thumbnail image. You can also add text to the item, if you want.

Once you’ve added all the items you want to the carousel, click the “OK” button in the top-right corner of the editor. This will close the Add Item dialog, and the carousel will be displayed on the interface.

To move an item in the carousel, click and drag it to the location you want it to be displayed. You can also use the keyboard to move an item around.

To remove an item from the carousel, click the “X” button in the top-left corner of the editor. This will close the editor, and the item will be removed from the carousel.
