How Do You Create a Drop Down List in Wix?

A drop-down list is a great way to ensure that your website visitors select an option from a pre-determined set of choices. You can use a drop-down list to provide a set of options for users to choose from, or to allow multiple selections. Creating a drop-down list in Wix is easy and can be done in just a few steps:

1. Log in to your Wix account and click on the “Add” button in the top left-hand corner of the editor.

2. Select the “Drop Down List” element from the list of options that appears.

3. Enter the options you want to appear in the drop-down list into the “Choices” field, separating each option with a comma.

4. Click on the “OK” button to save your changes and add the drop-down list to your website.

5. To change the appearance of your drop-down list, click on the element and then select the “Edit” option from the menu that appears.

6. Use the “Style” tab to change the font, size, color, and other style options for your drop-down list.

7. Click on the “OK” button to save your changes and update your website.

PRO TIP: If you are planning to create a drop down list in Wix, be aware that there are some potential risks. First, if you are not familiar with HTML and CSS, you may not be able to create a proper drop down list. Secondly, even if you are familiar with these technologies, there is a chance that the drop down list will not work properly in all browsers.
