When you want to add a little extra something to your photos, Photoshop’s frozen effect can be the perfect touch. This effect can make your photos look like they were taken in a winter wonderland, and it’s easy to achieve with just a few simple steps. Here’s how to create a frozen effect in Photoshop:

1. Start by opening your image in Photoshop. Then, create a new layer by clicking on the “Create a new layer” icon at the bottom of the Layers panel.

2. Next, select the Brush tool from the Toolbox. Then, choose a soft-edged brush from the Brushes panel.

3. Now, begin painting over your image with white paint. Be sure to paint over any areas that you want to remain visible in the final image.

4. Once you’ve finished painting, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur. In the Gaussian Blur dialog box, enter a Radius value of 5 pixels and click OK.

5. Now your image should have a soft, blurred effect. To add the final touches to your frozen effect, go to Image > Adjustments > Levels and increase the contrast of your image.

And that’s all there is to it! With just a few simple steps, you can easily add a frozen effect to your photos using Photoshop.

PRO TIP: When creating a frozen effect in Photoshop, it is important to be aware that you are working with pixels. If you are not familiar with working with pixels, you may want to consider using a different program. Additionally, it is important to be aware that the frozen effect will only be as realistic as the original image.
