Last updated on September 30, 2022 @ 10:41 pm

The parallax effect is a scrolling technique used by web developers to create an illusion of depth on a website. By using multiple layers of images that scroll at different speeds, the parallax effect can give your website a three-dimensional look and feel.

If you want to create a parallax effect on your Wix website, there are a few things you need to do. First, you need to create separate layers for your background and foreground images. To do this, go to the Layers panel and click the ‘Add Layer’ button.

Next, you need to add your background and foreground images.

To do this, click on the ‘Add Image’ button in the background layer. A new window will open where you can select your image. Once you’ve selected your image, click the ‘Open’ button.

Now that you’ve added your images, it’s time to adjust the scroll speed of each layer. To do this, go to the ‘Animation’ tab and click on the ‘Scroll Speed’ option. Here you can set how fast or slow each layer will scroll.

The parallax effect is a great way to add depth and dimension to your Wix website. By following the steps above, you can easily create a parallax effect on your own site.
