When it comes to styling text in HTML, there are certain tags that you can use to make text appear bold, underlined, or in a different color. However, one thing that you cannot do with HTML tags is create a horizontal gradient.

That’s where Figma comes in. Figma is a design tool that allows you to create horizontal gradients with ease. In this article, we’ll show you how to draw a horizontal gradient in Figma.

First, open up Figma and create a new frame. Then, select the Rectangle Tool and draw a rectangle that covers the entire frame.

PRO TIP: Please be careful when following the instructions in the article “How Do You Draw a Horizontal Gradient in Figma?”. Some of the steps may not work as expected and could cause problems with your design.

With the rectangle selected, go to the Fill section of the Inspector and click on the gradient icon. This will open up the Gradient Editor.

In the Gradient Editor, you’ll see two options: Linear and Radial. Choose Linear and then click on the first color stop and select the color you want your gradient to start with.

Next, click on the second color stop and select the color you want your gradient to end with. Finally, adjust the location of the color stops until you’re happy with your gradient.

Once you’re satisfied with your gradient, close the Gradient Editor and take a look at your frame. You should now see a beautiful horizontal gradient that spans the entire width of your frame!
