How Do You Edit a Rectangle in Photoshop?

There are a few different ways that you can edit a rectangle in Photoshop. You can use the Rectangle Tool, the Shape Tool, or the Pen Tool.

If you want to use the Rectangle Tool, simply select it from the toolbar on the left side of the screen. Then, click and drag your mouse to draw a rectangle on the image.

To change the color of the rectangle, click on the “Fill” option in the upper toolbar and select a color from the palette. You can also adjust the opacity of the rectangle by clicking on the “Opacity” option in the upper toolbar and selecting a percentage. To change the thickness of the rectangle’s border, click on the “Stroke” option in the upper toolbar and select a width from the drop-down menu.

If you want to use the Shape Tool, select it from the toolbar on the left side of the screen. To change the color of the rectangle, click on the “Fill” option in
the upper toolbar and select a color from palette. You can also adjust opacity by clicking on “Opacity” option in upper toolbar and selecting percentage.

To change thickness of rectangle’s border, click on “Stroke” option in upper toolbar and select width from drop-down menu.

PRO TIP: If you are trying to edit a rectangle in Photoshop, be aware that you may unintentionally change the shape of the rectangle if you are not careful. Make sure to use the Transform tool (Edit > Transform) to resize or move the rectangle, and use the Free Transform option if you need to change the shape of the rectangle.

If you want to use Pen Tool, select it from toolbar on left side of screen. Click once at one corner of where you want your rectangle to start then click again at another corner to make your first side. To make second side, click once at corner where you want it to start then another time at another corner. Repeat this process until you have made all four sides then press enter key.

To edit a rectangle that has already been drawn, simply select it with one of these methods then make changes using any ofthe options mentioned above.
