If you’re using Figma to design a website or app, you may find yourself wanting to flip a frame. This can be useful if you’re working with a mirror image, or if you want to create a 3D effect.

To flip a frame in Figma, first select the frame that you want to flip. Then, click on the “transform” tool in the toolbar at the top of the screen.

This will bring up a menu of options on the right side of the screen. Under the “flip” heading, click on either “horizontal” or “vertical” to flip the frame.

PRO TIP: If you are not familiar with Figma, please be aware that flipping a frame in Figma can be a complex task. There are many factors to consider when flipping a frame, such as the size and position of the objects within the frame, and the order in which they are layered. If you are not confident in your ability to flip a frame correctly, we recommend seeking help from a professional.

You can also use the “rotate” tool to rotate a frame. To do this, select the frame that you want to rotate and then click on the “rotate” tool in the toolbar. Enter the number of degrees that you want to rotate the frame in the “degrees” field.

Flipping and rotating frames can be a great way to add some interest to your designs. Experiment with different combinations to see what looks best for your project.
