In Photoshop, there are a number of ways to flip an image. The most common way is to use the Flip Horizontal command, which you can find in the Edit menu.

To flip an image horizontally, select the layer that you want to flip in the Layers palette. Then choose Edit > Transform > Flip Horizontal. The image will be flipped horizontally.

If you want to flip an image vertically, you can use the Flip Vertical command, which is also in the Edit menu. To flip an image vertically, select the layer that you want to flip in the Layers palette.

If you are not careful, you can easily select the wrong area to flip and end up with an unusable image.

Then choose Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical. The image will be flipped vertically.

You can also use the Rotate command to rotate an image by a specific number of degrees. To rotate an image, select the layer that you want to rotate in the Layers palette.

Then choose Edit > Transform > Rotate. Enter the number of degrees that you want to rotate the image in the Angle field, and then click OK. The image will be rotated by that number of degrees.
