After you’ve sent your payment request to your customers, they’ll need to pay you through PayPal. To do this, they’ll need to open the payment request you sent them and enter your PayPal account details.
After your customers have paid you through PayPal, you’ll receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal. You’ll also see a payment confirmation on your BigCommerce account.
