3D covers are all the rage these days. But how do you make one in Canva? It’s actually quite simple!
First, you’ll need to create a new design. Click on the “Create a Design” button on the left-hand side of the screen.
Then, select “Custom Dimensions” from the drop-down menu. Enter your desired width and height (in pixels) in the boxes provided.
Once you’ve done that, it’s time to add some images to your design. You can either upload your own photos or select from Canva’s library of over 1 million stock images, illustrations, and icons. To upload your own image, click on the “Uploads” tab in the left-hand sidebar and then drag and drop your image into the workspace.
If you want to use a stock image, click on the “Search” tab in the left-hand sidebar. Then, type in a keyword related to what you’re looking for (e.g., “nature” or “beach”). Once you’ve found an image you like, click on it to add it to your design.
Now that you have some images in your design, it’s time to add some text. Click on the “Text” tab in the left-hand sidebar and then select the type of text you want to add from the menu that appears. You can choose from a variety of different fonts and colors.
Once you’ve added all the text you want, it’s time to add some finishing touches to your 3D cover. To do that, click on the “Elements” tab in the left-hand sidebar. Here, you’ll find a variety of shapes, lines, and icons that you can use to add some pizzazz to your design.
When you’re happy with how your 3D cover looks, click on the “Download” button in the top-right corner of the screen. From here, you can choose to download your cover as a JPG or PNG file.
