The first step to creating a water brush is to create a new layer in your Photoshop document.

To do this, click on the “Layer” menu at the top of the screen and select “New Layer.” Alternatively, you can press the “Ctrl” + “Shift” + “N” keys on your keyboard.

2. Select the Brush Tool

With your new layer created, it’s time to select the brush tool.

You can do this by clicking on the brush tool icon in the toolbar on the left side of the screen, or by pressing the “B” key on your keyboard.

3. Choose a Brush Tip

Now that you have the brush tool selected, it’s time to choose a brush tip.
