There are a few different ways that you can make an old photo effect in Photoshop. One way is to use the “Grain” filter.

To do this, go to “Filter” > “Noise” > “Grain”. Adjust the settings until you get the desired effect.

PRO TIP: This tutorial provides instructions on how to create an old photo effect in Photoshop. However, it is important to note that this effect can only be achieved with a certain level of experience using the software. Without this experience, it is easy to create an unwanted result.

Another way to create an old photo effect is to use the “Texturizer” filter. To do this, go to “Filter” > “Texture” > “Texturizer”. Again, adjust the settings until you get the look you want.

You can also add a vignette to your image to give it an old-fashioned look. To do this, go to “Image” > “Adjustments” > “Brightness/Contrast”. Drag the “Brightness” slider to the left and the “Contrast” slider to the right. Then, go to “Filter” > “Blur” > “Gaussian Blur”.

Apply a blur of around 10 pixels. Finally, go to Image” > and click on the little black and white circle at the bottom of the toolbar. This will make your image black and white.

There are many other things you can do to give your image an old photo effect, but these are just a few of the most popular techniques. Experiment and see what looks best for your particular image.
