How Do You Make Candle Labels With Canva?

Last updated on December 7, 2022 @ 5:57 am

What You Need:

-Canva account (can be free or paid)

-Photo editing software (Canva has a free online editor)
    -Printer
    -Paper
    -Candle jars
    -Double-sided tape or glue
    -Scissors or exacto knife
    Step One:

Create a new design in Canva or open an existing one. If you’re starting from scratch, search for “candle labels” in the templates search bar.
Otherwise, click on the “Labels” tab in the left sidebar.

    Step Two:

Choose a label size that will fit your candle jars. The most popular sizes are 2” x 4” and 3.5” x 4”, but you can also find other sizes like 2.625” x 1.375” and 4” x 5”.

    Step Three:

Upload your own photos or illustrations, or choose from Canva’s library of over 1 million stock images, illustrations, and icons. You can also add text to your labels using any of our hundreds of fonts.

    Step Four:

Once you’re happy with your design, download it as a PDF or JPG file. If you choose PDF, make sure to select “High Resolution” in the download settings.

    Step Five:

Print your labels on sticker paper or full sheet label paper. If you’re using sticker paper, be sure to mirror your print job so that your labels will print correctly on the back side of the paper.

    Step Six:

Cut out your labels using scissors or an exacto knife. If you want round labels, you can use a circle punch.

PRO TIP: Canva is a great way to make beautiful labels for your candles. However, there are a few things you should keep in mind when using Canva to make your labels. First, make sure that the dimensions of your label are correct for the size of your candle. Second, be sure to use high-quality images and fonts so that your labels look professional. Finally, don’t forget to proofread your labels before printing them out!
