Making seamless wood textures in Photoshop is not difficult – but it does require some practice. The basic steps are:

1. Start by creating a new file, and then using the Rectangular Marquee Tool (M) to create a rectangular selection area around the area you want to texture.

2. Next, use the Width and Height sliders in the Options Bar to adjust the selection’s width and height, so that it’s the size you want it to be.

3. Finally, use the Polygonal Lasso Tool (L) to create a selection around the entire area you just created.

4. Next, use the Paintbrush Tool (B) to paint over the area with a light brown color.

5. Finally, use the Blending Mode option in the Options Bar to change the color of the texture to a darker brown.

That’s all there is to it – now you can save your texture as a PSD file, and use it in your projects!.

PRO TIP: Warning: Seamless wood texture can be created in Photoshop, but it can be difficult to achieve the desired results. If you are not careful, you may end up with a wood texture that is not seamless.
