There are a few different ways that you can make text look like a brush stroke in Photoshop. One way is to use the Brush tool and draw a path for the text to follow.
Another way is to use the Pen tool and create a path for the text to follow. You can also use the Warp Text tool to create a wavy text effect.
1. Using the Brush Tool
Open Photoshop and create a new document. Select the Brush tool from the toolbar on the left hand side of the screen. Choose a brush size and color from the options at the top of the screen. Draw a path for the text to follow with the brush tool.
Click on the “Type” layer in the Layers panel and type your text. Highlight the text with the Type tool and click on “Click to Add Text” in the options bar at the top of the screen. The text will now follow the path that you created with the brush tool.
2. Using the Pen Tool
Open Photoshop and create a new document. Select the Pen tool from the toolbar on the left hand side of screen. Choose a color for your text from the options at the top of screen. Click on your document to create anchor points.
Connect these anchor points with straight lines to create a path for your text to follow. Click on “Type” in your Layers panel and type your text. Highlight your text with Type tool and click on “Click To Add Text” in options bar at top of screen.
3. Using Warp Text
Open Photoshop and create a new document. Type your text directly onto your document using either Horizontal or Vertical Type tools. Highlight your text with one of these tools selected and click on “Warp Text” in options bar at top of screen.
Choose a warp style fromthe drop down menu that appears. Dragthe control points around your text preview to change its shape. When you are happy with your results, click“OK”.
