There are a few different ways that you can overlap elements in Canva:

1. Use the align function to position two objects on top of each other.

Simply select both objects, click the align button, and then choose how you want to align them. You can align them horizontally, vertically, or in both directions at once.

2. Use the group function to group several objects together.

Once they’re grouped, you can move them around as a single unit. To group objects, simply select them and click the group button.

3. Use the lock function to keep an object in place while you move other objects around it.

This is helpful if you want to make sure one object doesn’t accidentally get moved out of place. To lock an object, simply select it and click the lock button.
