How Do You Repeat Last Action in Photoshop?

Last updated on September 23, 2022 @ 11:15 pm

There are a couple different ways that you can repeat the last action in Photoshop. The first way is to simply press CTRL+F (PC) or CMD+F (Mac). This keyboard shortcut will automatically repeat the last action that you performed.

The second way to repeat the last action is to go to the Edit menu and then choose Repeat from the menu. This will also repeat the last action that you performed.

PRO TIP: There is no ‘Repeat Last Action’ feature in Photoshop. If you are trying to find a way to quickly repeat an action, you may be able to use the ‘History’ panel or a keyboard shortcut. However, these methods will only work if the action you are trying to repeat can be undone.

If you need to repeat an action multiple times, you can use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+ALT+F (PC) or CMD+OPTION+F (Mac). This will bring up the Repeat dialog box. From here, you can choose how many times you want to repeat the action.

Repeating actions is a great way to save time when you’re working in Photoshop. By using the keyboard shortcuts, you can quickly and easily repeat actions without having to go through the menus.
