There are a few ways to smooth skin in Photoshop without losing texture. One way is to use the clone stamp tool. Set the brush to a soft round brush and set the opacity to about 50%. Clone stamp over the areas you want to smooth out. Another way is to use the healing brush tool.

Set the brush to a soft round brush and set the mode to lighten. Paint over the areas you want to smooth out. A third way is to use the smudge tool. Set the brush to a soft round brush and set the strength to about 50%. Smudge over the areas you want to smooth out.

If you want to keep some of the texture, but just smooth out the wrinkles, then use one of these methods:

1) Use a low pass filter: Go to Filter > Other > Low Pass. Adjust the radius until you get the look you want.

2) Use a Gaussian Blur: Go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

3) Use an Unsharp Mask: Go to Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask. Adjust the radius and amount until you get the look you want.
