How Do You Unfill Orders on Shopify?

When you receive an order on Shopify, you have to “unfill” it. This is how you do it:

1. Go to your Shopify admin and click Orders.

2. Find the order that you want to cancel and click Cancel.

3. In the Cancel Order pop-up, select the Reason for cancellation.

4. Click Cancel Order.
