How Do You Use Glitter Overlay in Photoshop?

Glitter Overlays in Photoshop are a great way to add some sparkle and pizzazz to your photos! Here’s a quick tutorial on how to use them:

1. Open your photo in Photoshop.

2. Create a new layer by clicking on the “Create a new layer” icon at the bottom of the Layers panel.

3. Drag the Glitter Overlay onto the new layer.

4. Resize the overlay if necessary by going to Edit > Free Transform.

5. Change the blending mode of the glitter overlay layer to “Screen” or “Multiply” to make the glitter more visible.

6. Add a Layer Mask by clicking on the “Add Layer Mask” icon at the bottom of the Layers panel. This will allow you to erase any areas of the glitter overlay that you don’t want.

7. To finish, add a bit of Gaussian Blur (Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur) to blend the edges of the glitter and voila! You’re done!

PRO TIP: Please be aware that using glitter overlays in Photoshop can be very resource-intensive and may cause your computer to slow down or even crash. We recommend saving your work often and closing any other programs you have running in the background to help prevent any issues.
