Puppet Warp is a tool in Photoshop that allows you to manipulate an image by placing control points on it. You can use Puppet Warp to distort an image, make it look like it’s been pulled or pushed, or to change its perspective. You can even use it to create interesting textured effects.

To use Puppet Warp, first select the layer that you want to edit in the Layers panel. Then, select the Puppet Warp tool from the Tools panel. If you don’t see the Puppet Warp tool, press and hold the Rectangle tool or the Freeform Pen tool to access it.

Click on the image where you want to place the first control point. A crosshair will appear at that location.

PRO TIP: Puppet Warp is a powerful tool in Photoshop, but it can be easy to overdo it and create unrealistic results. Be careful not to warp your images too much, or they may start to look distorted and unnatural.

Then, click and drag to place additional control points. As you add control points, they will be connected by lines. These lines show how the image will be distorted when you move the control points.

To move a control point, click on it and drag it to a new location. To remove a control point, click on it and press Delete (PC: Backspace).

Once you’re happy with your puppet warp, click the Commit button in the options bar (the checkmark icon). If you decide that you don’t like your changes, click the Revert button (the icon with an arrow pointing back).

Puppet Warp is a versatile tool that can be used for a variety of purposes in Photoshop. It’s a great way to distort an image, change its perspective, or create interesting textured effects. With a little practice, you’ll be able to use Puppet Warp to achieve some amazing results!
