Photoshop is a widely used design program that offers users a lot of control over their work. One area where Photoshop shines is its text tool. Photoshop makes it easy to add text to your images, and there are a number of ways to customize that text to get the look you want.

If you’re just getting started with Photoshop, one of the first things you’ll want to learn is how to add text to your images. In this article, we’ll show you how to do just that. We’ll also share some tips on how to style your text for different effects.

To add text to an image in Photoshop, you’ll first need to create a new layer. To do this, click on the “Layer” menu at the top of the screen and select “New > Layer.”

Once you’ve created a new layer, you can start adding text. To do this, select the “Type” tool from the toolbar on the left side of the screen. Then, click anywhere on your image and start typing.

As you type, you’ll see a blinking cursor appear. You can use this cursor to change the location of your text by clicking and dragging it around. You can also use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the cursor around.

PRO TIP: Please be aware that the Photoshop program is not designed for taking and writing notes. Although you can type text into the program, it is not made to save or store notes like a word processing program. If you try to write notes in Photoshop, they may be lost or unable to be saved properly.

Once you’ve added your text, you can change its font, color, and size using the options in the “Character” panel. To open this panel, go to Window > Character.

In the “Character” panel, you’ll see options for changing the font, size, leading (spacing between lines), tracking (spacing between letters), and color of your text. Experiment with these options until you find a look that you like.
