How Does Paying on Fiverr Work?

If you’re new to Fiverr, you may be wondering how paying for services works. This guide will explain the basics of how payments work on Fiverr.

When you find a Gig that you would like to purchase, you will need to click the “Order Now” button. This will take you to a page where you can review the Gig details and make any necessary changes to your order.

Once you are satisfied with your order, you can click the “Submit Order” button.

PRO TIP: Paying on Fiverr can be a little confusing if you’re not familiar with the platform. Here’s a quick rundown of how it works:

When you pay for a Gig, the money is held in escrow by Fiverr. This means that the seller doesn’t receive the money until you’re happy with the work.

If you’re not happy with the work, you can open a dispute with the seller. Once a dispute is opened, the seller has 7 days to respond and try to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved, you can then request a refund from Fiverr.

Fiverr does charge a small processing fee for refunds (generally $1-$5 depending on the amount of the refund).

Remember, once you’ve paid for a Gig, the money is not immediately available to the seller. So if you need to cancel or dispute a Gig, you won’t be out any money until the issue is resolved.

You will then be taken to the checkout page, where you will be asked to enter your payment information. Fiverr accepts payments via PayPal or credit card.

Once you have entered your payment information, you can click the “Pay” button to complete your purchase.

Once your payment has been processed, the Gig seller will begin work on your order. Once the work is completed, you will be able to download the final files from your Fiverr account.
