How Does Promoted Gigs Work Fiverr?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 9:28 pm

When you sign up for Fiverr, you create a gig. A gig is a service that you offer to buyers on Fiverr. For example, if you’re a graphic designer, your gig could be designing an ebook cover for $5.

Once you create a gig, it will be posted on Fiverr.com for buyers to browse through. If a buyer likes your gig and buys it, you’ll receive a notification and the money will be added to your Fiverr account.

You can then withdraw the money to your PayPal account (or other payment method) once you’ve completed the work and the buyer has approved it.

If you want to make more money on Fiverr, consider offering gig extras. Gig extras are additional services that buyers can purchase along with your main gig. For example, if you’re selling a logo design gig, you could offer an extra of designing three logo concepts for $10 or designing a business card for $20.

Offering extras not only gives buyers more options, but it also allows you to make more money per gig.

Promoted Gigs

If you want to get more exposure for your gigs and attract more buyers, you can promote your gigs on Fiverr. When you promote a gig, it will appear higher in search results and in the “Best Selling” section on Fiverr.

Promoted gigs also come with other benefits, such as:

  • More views
  • Higher conversion rate
  • Increased exposure to buyers

Promoting your gigs is a great way to get more exposure and attract more buyers.

How Does Promoted Gigs Work?

Promoted gigs come with several benefits that can help increase your sales and boost your earnings on Fiverr. By promoting your gig, you can get:

  • More views from potential buyers
  • A higher conversion rate
  • Increased exposure to buyers

.

To promote a gig, simply click on the “Promote” button located on the right side of your screen when viewing your own gigs

PRO TIP: If you are thinking about using Fiverr to promote your gigs, be warned that there is no guarantee that your gigs will be seen by potential buyers. The algorithm that Fiverr uses to determine which gigs are promoted and how they are promoted is not transparent, so you may not get the results you are hoping for. In addition, Fiverr charges a 20% commission on all sales, so you will need to factor that into your pricing.
