Based on this information, you can decide if a particular freelancer is a good fit for your project. Once you’ve found a few candidates you’d like to work with, it’s time to move on to the next step in the hiring process.
Interviewing Candidates
Before making your final decision, it’s always a good idea to interview candidates via video call or chat. This will give you an opportunity to get to know them better and see if they’re truly a good fit for the project.

Selecting a Winner
After reviewing proposals, interviewing candidates, and comparing different freelancers, it’s finally time to select a winner for your project. To do this, simply go to the “My Jobs” tab on UpWork and click “Award Job.”
Once you award the job, the selected freelancer will have 14 days to accept or decline your offer. If they accept, congrats! You can now start working together on your project.
