How Many Admins Can You Have on Shopify?

As your business on Shopify grows, you may need to add more administrators to help manage it. You can have up to 15 administrators on your Shopify account.

Each administrator has their own login credentials and permissions that you can set. You can also add Shopify Partners as administrators.

PRO TIP: If you are planning on having more than one administrator for your Shopify store, be aware that there are some potential risks. For example, if two admins make changes to the same product at the same time, one of the changes may be lost. Additionally, if one admin deletes a product that another admin is working on, the product will be permanently deleted.

As your business grows, you may need to add more than one administrator to help manage it. If you have multiple businesses or stores, you can have a separate administrator for each business. For example, you can give one administrator access to your inventory settings while another only has access to your blog posts. This way, you can control what each administrator can do in your Shopify admin.

You can also add Shopify Partners as administrators. This is helpful if you work with a Shopify Expert or developer who needs access to your store to help you with something.
