How Many Mailing Lists Can You Have on Squarespace?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 3:48 am

There’s no limit to the number of mailing lists you can have on Squarespace. You can have as many as you want, and it’s easy to manage them all from one place.

If you’re a power user or have a lot of subscribers, you can use our List Management feature to segment your lists. This way, you can send Targeted emails to specific groups of people. For example, you could send a promotional email to people who live in your city, or a newsletter to people who subscribe to your blog.

To get started, log in to your account and go to the Lists & Subscribers section. From there, you can create new lists, import subscribers, and manage your existing lists.

Creating a New Mailing List

To create a new mailing list:

1. Log in to your Squarespace account and go to Lists & Subscribers.

2. Click + New List.

3. Enter a name for your list and click Create List.

4. Add subscribers to your list. You can import them from a file or manually add them one at a time.

There’s no limit to the number of mailing lists you can have on Squarespace – so power users or those with lots of subscribers can easily segment their lists as needed. To get started, simply log in and go to the Lists & Subscribers section. From there, creating new lists, importing subscribers, and managing existing ones is easy peasy!

PRO TIP: If you are planning on using Squarespace to manage your mailing lists, be aware that there is a limit of 10 mailing lists per account. This means that if you have more than 10 mailing lists, you will need to create multiple Squarespace accounts to manage them all. Additionally, each mailing list can only have a maximum of 1,000 subscribers. If you have more than 1,000 subscribers on any of your mailing lists, you will need to upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan.
