1. Open your DNS management interface.
2. On the left-hand side, under “A Records,” click “HostGator SPF Record.”
3. On the right-hand side, under ” SPF Record Type,” select “None.”
4. In the “HostGator SPF Record Value” field, type the IP address of your HostGator account.

5. In the “HostGator SPF Record TTL” field, type 1800 (eight hours).
6. Click “Save.”
7. Your HostGator SPF record is now published and active.
