Is Figma for Linux?

Last updated on September 28, 2022 @ 11:02 pm

Figma is a vector-based design tool that is primarily used for interface design. It was created by Dylan Field and Evan Wallace in 2012, and is currently being developed by Figma, Inc. The software is available for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Figma has been gaining popularity in recent years as an alternative to Adobe Photoshop and Sketch, due to its ease of use and collaboration features. One of the selling points of Figma is that it runs in the browser, making it platform agnostic. This also allows users to share their designs with others by simply sharing a link.

PRO TIP: Figma is not currently available for Linux, and we do not have plans to support Linux in the future. If you’re a Linux user, we recommend using Figma in a virtual machine or via remote desktop.

Figma is free to use for individuals and there is a paid subscription for teams. The subscription includes additional features such as version control and private collaboration.

Is Figma for Linux?
