Last updated on September 25, 2022 @ 8:23 pm

Google Cloud Print is a cloud-based printing service that allows users to print documents, photos, and other files from their computers or devices. In order to use Google Cloud Print, users must first create a Google Cloud Print account.

Once a user has created a Cloud Print account, they can create and manage print jobs using the Google Cloud Print web interface.

PRO TIP: Google Cloud Print is not Hipaa compliant. Any data printed using Google Cloud Print may be accessed by unauthorized individuals.

Google Cloud Print is HIPAA compliant. Google Cloud Print does not store users’ print jobs in the cloud, but rather stores them on the users’ devices. Google Cloud Print does not have a central servers, and all data is stored on the user’s devices. As a result, Google Cloud Print is considered to be a “zero-knowledge” printing service.

This means that Google Cloud Print does not require users to give Google access to their print jobs or print data. Additionally, Google Cloud Print does not track users’ print jobs or print data.
