A smoothing brush is a great tool to have in Photoshop. It can be used to blur out imperfections or to add a bit of softness to an image.

There are a few different ways to create a smoothing brush, but the most common is to use the Smudge Tool.

To create a smoothing brush, first select the Smudge Tool from the Tools palette. Then, click and drag the cursor over the area that you want to blur.

The longer you drag the cursor, the more blurred the area will become. You can also change the strength of the effect by adjusting the pressure of your brush strokes.

Once you’re happy with the results, you can save your smoothing brush as a preset for future use. To do this, simply go to Edit > Presets > Preset Manager. From there, you can name your preset and click OK.

Now, whenever you need to use your smoothing brush, simply select it from the Presets drop-down menu in the Smudge Tool options bar.
