If you’re running a WooCommerce store, it’s important to understand shipping zones and how they work. Shipping zones are used to define which regions a particular shipping method applies to.
By default, WooCommerce ships to all countries around the world. However, you can use shipping zones to limit shipping to specific countries, states, or zip codes.
There are two ways to set up shipping zones in WooCommerce. The first is by country, and the second is by postcode.
To set up shipping by country, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones and select “Add new zone.” Then, add the countries you want to ship to in the “Zone countries” field.
Next, add the shipping methods you want to offer in the “Shipping methods” section. Finally, click “Save changes.”
To set up shipping by postcode, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones and select “Add new zone.” Next, add the postcodes you want to ship to in the “Zone postcodes” field.
Then, add the shipping methods you want to offer in the “Shipping methods” section.”
Now that you understand how shipping zones work in WooCommerce, you can start setting up your own store and offering shipping to your customers!
