What does orders in queue mean On Fiverr?

Last updated on September 24, 2022 @ 9:16 pm

An order in queue is an indication that a customer has placed an order with Fiverr but has not yet received a response. It is usually displayed next to the order’s total price and is updated as the order progresses through the queue.

PRO TIP: If you see the “orders in queue” message on Fiverr, it means that the Gig you ordered is currently being worked on by the seller and will be delivered soon. Please do not request a cancellation or refund for your order while it is in the queue.

When an order is placed on Fiverr, the system starts by searching for the best possible match for the order. If the order is a duplicate or a very similar order, the system will place the order with the same supplier as the customer’s original order.

If the order is not a duplicate or a very similar order, the system will search for the best possible match for the order. The system will place the order with the supplier that offers the best price and the best quality.
