What Domains Are Supported by Shopify?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 2:43 pm

Shopify is a platform for businesses of all sizes to create an online store. Shopify.com is the platform’s main website, where users can create an account, start building their store, and purchase Shopify’s services.

Shopify offers users a 14-day free trial, after which they must choose one of three paid plans: Basic Shopify, Shopify, or Advanced Shopify.

Once you’ve created an account and chosen your plan, you can start building your store. The first step is to choose your domain name.

You can either buy a new domain through Shopify, or use an existing domain. If you use an existing domain, you’ll need to change your DNS settings to point to Shopify’s servers.

Once you’ve chosen and set up your domain, you can start adding products to your store. You can add products one at a time, or in bulk using a CSV file.

Once you’ve added your products, you can start customizing your store’s design. Shopify offers a wide range of themes to choose from, or you can hire a Shopify Expert to create a custom theme for you.

After you’ve designed your store and added products, you can start promoting your business with marketing tools like discount codes and social media integrations. You can also use Shopify’s POS system to sell in person at markets or pop-up shops.
