When it comes to online design, there are a lot of different file types that you can use. Canva is a great tool for creating designs, but what files can you upload to Canva?

The first thing to note is that Canva accepts a wide range of file types, including JPG, PNG, and PDF. That said, there are some file types that will work better than others. For example, JPG files tend to be better for photos, while PNG files are better for graphics with transparency.

PRO TIP: Canva only supports certain file types for upload, and each type has specific requirements. File types that are supported include: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, and EPS. SVG files are not currently supported for upload.

The file type you upload must meet the following requirements:

• File type must be one of the following: JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, PDF, or EPS.
• File must be 10 MB or less.
• Dimensions must be between 100x100px and 100000x100000px.
• Resolution must be between 72dpi and 300dpi.

In general, the best file type to use in Canva is a PNG file. This is because PNG files have lossless compression, which means that they don’t lose any quality when they’re compressed. This is important for design work, as you don’t want your design to look blurry or pixelated.

Another thing to keep in mind is file size. Canva has a limit of 25MB per file, so try to keep your files under that limit. If you have a large file that you need to upload, you can try compressing it using a tool like TinyPNG.

So what files can you upload to Canva? PNG files are the best choice, but you can also use JPG and PDF files. Just make sure that your files are under 25MB in size.
