If you deactivate WooCommerce, it will stop managing your store’s products, sales, and customers. All your current data will still be there, but you won’t be able to add new products, manage your sales, or contact your customers.
You’ll need to reinstall WooCommerce and set it up from scratch.

7. If you use WooCommerce for eCommerce in a WooCommerce plugin, you’ll need to re-activate your WooCommerce account in that plugin.
8. If you use WooCommerce for eCommerce in a WooCommerce theme, you’ll need to re-activate your WooCommerce account in that theme.
9. If you use WooCommerce for eCommerce on a website, you’ll need to deactivate your WooCommerce account on that website and reactivate it on the new website.
