What Happens When I Duplicate My Wix Site?

When you duplicate a Wix site, a copy of your site is created. This copy includes all the content, pages, and design elements from your original site.

You can then make changes to the duplicated site without affecting your original site.

To duplicate a Wix site:

  1. In the left panel of your Editor, click Site. Then, click Duplicate Site.
  2. Enter a new name for your duplicated site and click Duplicate. Your duplicated site will open in a new browser tab.

PRO TIP: If you duplicate your Wix site, any changes that you make to your original site will not be reflected on your duplicate site. Additionally, any changes that you make to your duplicate site will not be reflected on your original site.
