What Happens When You Cancel Squarespace Subscription?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 7:14 am

When you cancel your Squarespace subscription, your account and all associated data are immediately deleted. This includes any websites, domains, galleries, and blog posts that you created while using Squarespace. If you have any outstanding payments, you will still be responsible for these charges.

Once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to Squarespace’s platform and features. This includes customer support, so if you have any questions or need assistance, you’ll need to contact Squarespace directly.

If you decide to cancel your Squarespace subscription, we recommend doing so at least 48 hours before your billing period ends. This will give you time to download any data or content that you want to keep before it’s permanently deleted.
