What Is an Email Header in Canva?

Last updated on September 27, 2022 @ 7:17 pm

Email headers are the information that is delivered along with the email message. The headers include the sender’s name and address, the recipient’s name and address, the date and time the email was sent, and other information. Canva’s email headers are designed to provide the most important information about the email at a glance.

The sender’s name and address are prominently displayed in the From line of the header. The recipient’s name and address appear in the To line.

PRO TIP: Email headers in Canva can be used to insert personal information into an email, which can be used by third-party marketers to send you targeted advertisements. If you do not wish to receive targeted advertising, we recommend that you do not use email headers in Canva.

The date and time the email was sent are shown in the Date line. Other information about the email, such as the subject, is also included in the header.

Canva’s email headers make it easy to quickly see who an email is from, who it is to, and when it was sent. This information can be helpful when trying to organize or find a particular email.
