What Is Catalogue Mode in WooCommerce?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 5:54 am

Catalogue mode is a setting in WooCommerce that allows you to disable the shopping cart and checkout functionality on your site. This is useful if you want to use your WooCommerce site as a catalogue or brochure, without allowing customers to purchase products.

To enable catalogue mode, go to WooCommerce > Settings > General, and then select the “Enable Catalogue Mode” checkbox. You can also choose to hide the prices of products in catalogue mode, if desired.

Once catalogue mode is enabled, customers will not be able to add products to their cart or checkout. If you have hidden prices, they will also not be able to see how much products cost. Note that you can still sell products in catalogue mode using the built-in product enquiry form.
