What Squarespace Theme Am I Using?

Last updated on October 1, 2022 @ 3:02 am

There are many Squarespace themes to choose from, and it can be difficult to figure out which one you’re using. Here are some tips to help you figure it out:

1. Check the URL of your website. If it includes “/template/” followed by the name of a Squarespace template, then that’s probably the theme you’re using. For example, if your website’s URL is “www.example.com/template/truestory”, then you’re likely using the True Story theme.

2. Inspect the code of your website. If you see references to “Yola” or “Weebly” in the code, then your website is likely built on one of those platforms and is not a Squarespace site.

3. Look for telltale signs of common Squarespace themes. For example, if your website has a lot of white space and a minimal design, it’s probably built on the Brine template. Similarly, if your website has a sidebar on the left side, it’s likely built on the Five template.

4. Compare your website to live demos of Squarespace themes. This can be a bit tricky, as many people customize their Squarespace sites to some degree, but it can still be helpful in identifying which theme you’re using.

5. Ask someone who built your website which theme they used. If all else fails, this is probably the best way to figure out which Squarespace theme you’re using.

If you’re still having trouble figuring out which Squarespace theme you’re using, don’t worry – there’s no wrong answer. Just choose the one that you like best and that works for your needs!

PRO TIP: If you are unsure about which Squarespace theme you are using, we recommend contacting customer support for assistance. Incorrectly identifying your theme can lead to unexpected results when making changes to your site.
